Topic: Disheartened End | |

Disheartened End A wretched sea of sorrow spatters on the rocky shore of my soul splashing loutish droplets of regret in my face like cosmic tears of despair A weeping cosmos, unable to save me from the rushing waters of the broken dams of time Treading in the boorish ocean of discontented passion, I founder as I strive to grasp a lifesaving fragment of empathetic ardor Choking in the salty sea of solitude, I gasp for breath, suffocating in the swells of missed opportunities drowning in the lucid abyss of disenchanted dreams No sign of calming waters no sun betwixt the clouds no sight of passing ships that might cast out a thread of hope If only time could be reversed and the pathways of the past be sauntered in a different light perhaps the journey would not have come to such disheartened end |

I could share with you my dreams and an infinity of themes
but that would send you screaming with desire A fire of expectation burning unconstrained consuming the ambitions of your soul Better that I leave you in the winds of ambiguity fluttering with vacillating fate For mystery is misery only when its known like a river when it merges with a lake |

With song and dance, they throw noose and lance in an attempt to harness her prowess. Only to find, had they been but kind, she'd gladly lend simply by honest request. |

Ok, I think you guys are right.
I'm dying spiritually only to be born again. (let's not take that too literally with respect to any specific religious mythologies though, ok?) I mean, even eastern mystics used this metaphor long before people started burning and nailing witches and heathens on stakes, if you get my drift. I do seem to be entering into a new phase of being. You'ins people have been inspiring me to make a difference in the world even if it's just a teeny tiny bit in my own little Mr. Roger's neighborhood of reality. I've even been thinking about starting to experiment with alcohol. Not to worry, I don't intend to get drunk. However, I might start sipping a little champagne from the Goddess' chalice when I cast my magick circles. Just to take the edge off of physical reality and allow me to fall into the infinite abyss of Her divine bossom. |

Boobs? How did we get back to boobs?
James I view it kinda like a phoenix ... reborn from its own ashes ... or a butterfly borne from the dying caterpillar ... No matter how many times I do it though ... I always hate the dying |
