is that a sign of old age or just being lazy???
Back when I was young I used to excerise for 30 minutes and lift weights for 30 minutes every morning at 5:00 even before coffee!!!
GAWD....I'd never have the energy for that! Had my first baby at 18, had 4 by 24, and 5 by 29.......they kept me busy!!!! I admire people who can do that tho.... Probably why I am so "FLUFFY" now.....

I had water aerobics today too...had to dig up sprinkles heads and raise them up!!!
It's the darned armadillos that's messing them up!!!
They only come out while I'm asleep!!!
All the pie and ice cream you can eat??

Yes they do....but tell me ....where do they put all the dirt out of the holes they dig???? Never enough to fill the holes again!

during school i was falling out of bed and right off to the gym. That's ok but I don't have as much time. I'm hoping this year i can continue to go later in the day as opposed to 5:30 am. I'm just not a morning person. |
