Do cats and dogs laugh?

thur theyre tails maybe, depending on how fast they go..

dogs wag their tails and cats purr but some ppl think their animals
laugh so let them think that.. but scientifically no they dont

sure they do...my cat loves to torment the hell out of me with some of
his antics to get attention....and he knows it pisses me off....so he gives me a look like ha ha got cha

It seems as though mine laugh at me all the time...LOL!!! My lab, snowy even gets in my lap and gives me hugs...

Well once at myGreat grand mothers's house, her old Tom cat strolled in
and he was literally smiling LOL you can figure it out. |

I know my dog is laughing if you tickle him and his leg gets going a
mile a minute...lol. Some cats a real talkative and will let you know when they want something but i don't think they laugh as we do |

Oh yes they do my cats talk and laugh amoungst other things
