I believe that Respect is completely essential for healthy survival
The Absolute Prerequisite of Everything that is Decent & Worth While
& the lack of it or the presence of it is evident in our thoughts, in our words & in our deeds
  we need to treat ourselves & others with dignity & with genuine concern 
 or we might as well  be disgusting cockroaches or empty ships passing in the night
