Be careful, we do get what we wish for. 1 – To never make anyone around me feel a negative emotion (sad, angry, etc.) 2 – To have an extraordinary talent and be able to use it 3 – I can’t think of a third… will have to give this more thought.

No rain at night, it keeps me awake. (beats on metal roof- I am very noise sensitive} Health, happiness and comfort for my son, family, friends and self. Same for all of you, your friends, family and oh hell - keep it going, we should all be healthy, happy and have enough!!! A job I enjoy doing, that uses my best talents and pays me what I am worth. May I add just one more? May I , may I, may I? Thank you all for being so gracious...to be able to eat what I want, at least once in awhile and not become FAT again!

Allow yourself pleasures, but in the right portion and keep things in balance by making sure to take a walk or some other activity to counterbalance the calories.

Thank you Alternative, Truth is I have kept the weight off for over three and a half years now but just always am so very conscience about it. I lost it thru hell and high water, it was a sad silver lining but one I want to keep. Thanks again.
