Topic: Would you change? Or expect change? | |

I don't expect anyone to change, just to be themselves.

Every one has faults. You either accept them or you don't. If you set out to change some one, you will live a life of constant frustration.

If you met someone with most of what you were looking for... Would you expect them to change that part of themselves you wern't looking for. Conversely... Would you change at the request of another to be more compatible with what they expected? If yes then why? If no then why? i ain't changin nothing for nobody and i ain't gonna make anybody change for me. if i decide to make some changes in myself it'll be for my own reasons and if she decides to make changes it'll be for hers. f-em if they don't like me the way i am. . . . |

no point in forcing yourself to change something thats probably going to come out down the road and cause problems anyway... put it all out there IMO.

I guess it all depends on what you want to change. You can't change someone's personality or morals. Two people being together definately have to accomodate each other.
Me for example...I've lived alone for over 5 years...I would definately have to accomodate for someone else being in my space. |
