Where is Queen or Pink Lady? I'm looking for someone to interpret my dream!

Brief synopsis: I was in a huge gladiator arena filled with ferocious animals...& a couple of human mutants...all in pairs of two. Some large...like tigers & gorillas...some small...like bobcats & foxes. A lot of them were albino. I could smell the pungent aroma of a caged animal...the sun was beating down on me & I could feel the dust on my skin...

A huge crowd was cheering the action on... When a "victim" was chosen, the mob of larger predators would point at it & then tear it apart viciously. I was standing behind a gorilla (albino, of course!) & when they pointed at him, he stumbled backwards & fell, pinning me to the ground. In my "dream mind" I was like "Oh ****...how am I gonna get this thing off me?" It was weird, but I could feel it's bristly, white fur poking my skin & it smelled AWFULL!

I couldn't move & a bobcat (albino again) darted in & started biting at my feet...I was kicking the hell out of it & finally it moved away. Then a darker gorilla...whose face eventually morphed into the face of Roddy McDowell (sp?) in Planet of the Apes...stood between us & the predators...looked at the white gorilla & said (hehehehe...in a mixture voice of Katherine Hepburn & Joe Flaherty's Dracula from SCTV...it's the only way to describe it) "Huuuuuuug seeeeeelf" (Hug self) I'm like "WTF??? Oh! Hug itself to protect it's vital organs!"

I AM NOT CRAZY!

It said it again..."Huuuuuuuuuug seeeeeelf!"...& when it did, I was able to get the fok out from under him... It should be noted that I had to pee really bad in my dream...& when I woke up, I had to run to the bathroom!

Now, I'm SERIOUS! Does anyone have any idea what that could possibly mean? Sorry that this was so long...

Whoa. All I can say is..perhaps it was a way to get you up quickly? lol Otherwise, if they would have torn you apart..the feeling of blood would have actually been urine!

Wow sounds as if you fighting a lot of demons there within and you are feeling like a caged animal with no where to go. Maybe it is time within you life to take hold of things and claw your way out of the hole you feel that you are within.

Nope I know nothing about dreams.........hopefully someone else does.

When I told Mike about it this morning...all he wanted to know was if I was wearing a Zena, Warrior Princess outfit...freako!

I agree with Tx you have mixed emotions about something in your life, and the animals all represent different people in your life.

The one who told you to hug self was trying to tell you, you have to believe in yourself before anyone else can.

If you dream, you can believe and if you believe anything is possible.

seems to me that you watch too many action movies and that you had too much sugar and liquid before bed last night.

that or you need to pass around those pharmaceuticals. didn't momma teach you to share?

I assure you Drew...it's been many, many moons since I've done any acid, shrooms, or pharmaceuticals! Most of my dreams are extremely vivid & detailed...I just kind'a liked the "theme" of this one...

maybe it means that in a tight situation, sometimes the only thing you CAN do is brace yourself for the outcome and hope for the best no matter WHAT you are going up against.

the "light" and "dark" features of the animals can mean that even the people you think are on your side hold you back or hold you down in events in your life. sometimes someone you dislike ends up being someone who actually helps in life.

or you might have watched somethin on tv and just had to piss really bad that night after you fell asleep

The white is very significant because it represents purity, perfection, peace, innocence, dignity, cleanliness, awareness, and new beginnings. The cleanliness may be significant because of the smells and all that you noticed about the animals. Or a new beginning. Have you taken on something new that you're worried about or excited about?

And the animals came in twos? That usually represents balance or the lack of it. You cannot have an unbalanced life.

I'm not sure about the sacrificing though. Or was it more of a feeling like you were being punished?

Dreams are so interesting and personal because you can learn a lot about yourself, and your current circumstances from them.

Like I said it was more of a "gladiator" atmosphere, rather than a sacrifice...I don't even think I was supposed to be there...I wasn't really terrified...just felt trapped for a minute...albino gorillas can make you feel that way sometimes!

Well feeling trapped usually denotes feeling constrained in a job, or a relationship of really any kind. Like you're tired of the monotony.

I find the gorilla, specifically, interesting. Now I don't know you very well, so don't take this personally...But they say gorillas represent our most primitive impulses. Sex, excitement, exuberance.

In this case I'd say the gorilla putting you in such a position might be your subconscious telling you that you're in need of balance in whatever you've recently undertaken but Big White there is trying to tell you to take it calmer than you would usually.

But remember, this is just an uneducated dream analysis. I'm not a professional...I just play one on TV

So, what about that white lil bastid that was biting on my feet before I kicked it away?

Being bitten can mean a couple of different things...

Sometimes it represents vulnerability in some sort of emotion or issue that you're struggling to resolve OR it can mean that you've bitten off more than you can chew (no pun intended)

Maybe the bobcat is the important part there. Cats symbolize independent spirits, feminine sexuality, creativity, and power. So maybe you own inner feline is getting you into a bit of a spot, and the gorilla is trying to not so much trap you, but protect you from her.
