It took me forever to remember....HEAT first 24 and ICE the next 48 and it helps on the bruising and swelling soooo much!!!!! ..My real dr. told me that when I hurt my foot. Actually my horse stepped on me!!! me too...........so NEXT TIME.....I'll know what to do!!!!
