to be venting a lil... i cant stand when a woman calls me " HUN " jus seems like my gramma or an waitress talking to me.... what's you all's pet peeve for nicknames.... I despise it when a woman call's me hon. It's a sign of disrespect.

I agree that generic nicknames can be annoying. - Broh, brah -- (whatever) - Hey there - Babe, baby I like my name and being called by my name unless a really funny, quirky, unique-to-me nickname emerges. Yep, I feel the same. On here, when I tell the honey, baby, sweetie guys not to call me that, they ask what my name is. Apparently most miss it in my profile.
