1 pkg boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 can peaches died or sliced doesnt matter (add juice also) take the chicken and place in a greased baking dish,preheat oven to 400 degrees,add salt, pepper. take peaches and place in blender blend to almost a puree consistancy brush in place the peach mixture over chicken both side and bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hr or until golden brown on both sides serve over white or brown rice. |
