The 'throbbing' headache is caused by the blood vessels returning to normal size after being dilated, Yes, a wee nip is good for that along with a couple ibuprofen.

Just keep sayin "God I'll never drink again". I found that all the water you can drink, a filthy left-hander and a couch in front of the TV work. Nothing but time dude. The water does work!

Eat a big breakfeast with a couple of glasses of water, or milk. are you serious...eating that will help.. Your stomach is giving you problems because of the alcohol, if you eat well for breakfeast you should get rid of it. The water/milk will help your digestive system get back on track, trust me...I'm damn near pro at this. |

maybe I can eat some chicken noodle soup...in a little while...

maybe I can eat some chicken noodle soup...in a little while... You would be better off eating a large breakfeast, your stomach is empty that is why it is bothering you. Adding coffee to the mix isn't helping. But hell, what do I know? |

You need to eat something heavy, not soup. Grits might do it, but it almost has to be a complete breakfeast, otherwise you will feel like this well into the afternoon. Even eating it will take an hour or so for your digestive system to run it through, so you are looking at an hour or so after eating...probably more like 4-6 if you don't eat. |
