Well, this morning I logged onto Mingle and had a new mutual match. Right when I check out the girl's profile...
********* account has been deactivated. WTF????? Do I have some kind of Egyptian curse on me? Is there a Wiccan woman out there who really wants to talk to me but can't and has called upon the Goddess to compel women showing any interest in me to suddenly leave Mingle? Is Mingle actually jerking my chain??????? DO I GOT COOTIES? Last time I checked I didn't. This is the fourth time this has happened in a row. Talk about getting your boat on the lake of uncertainty dashed against the rocks of hope. Someone PLEASE tell me it is not me. Otherwise rip me to shreds... I can take it... I am a big boy... But still...

Talk about getting your chain jerked! Happens all the time here. For ya see... you get these party chicks with the attention span of a mosquito who decide the NEED to try for the online dating thing (because all their friends are doing), and then suddenly decide to get OUT of doing it because all their friends have STOPPED doing it. But yeah. It IS frustrating. I mean... if they're gonna go through the trouble of Mutual Matching up with you, you'd think they'd at least stick around so that you can at least try to email something perverted, right?

Just keep trying. I've been at it for nearly 6 months and have gotten nothing. though I've sent a number of interested e-mails, winks, etc..
I know some will say maybe trying too hard, and maybe so, but come on. At some point there has to be someone who's even just willing to start a friendship. |

Just the other day, somebody viewed my profile & sent me a kiss so i sent an IM and we started chatting... all fine, friendly. Then she just stopped responding after 3 minutes. Now, I know myself and I know what the 'scare-words/questions/statements' are, and i hadnt gotten there yet
 Its definitely upsetting, but you gotta realize it is their loss and a lack of perspective and respect will catch up with them. All I ever worry about is myself... am i doing my best? Am I being respectful and decent? Yes. That is all you can do. If you do that, then you had no part in their decision. Shitt a person can tell me I'm a big doucher because of blahblahblah... but that isnt because of me. It is because of their beliefs, their experiences and their own damn problem. Chin up mate!
