i have a gallon of log oil keep in the garage just for my deck ..gives my wood a nice gleem to it,moisture beads right up on the wood no shrubs around it, it really stands out.

yes it does..but the worst part is your wood splits and then you have to fill the cracks .and you really don't want big cracks..
