I remember mac n cheese.....

butter first, then sprinkle the cheese and finally add milk for the consistancy you want. Its creamier like that. Boil up some hot dogs, chop em up and that is one tasty dinner......

Im hungry now.....sad

The hot dog thing, I just can't grasp..in mac n cheese, that is...

Do you think you should put extra cheese in mac and cheese or just leave it with the sole packet which is carelessly tossed with the pasta? Kraft is my favorite, by the way, so if any men want to woo me with their quick-n-easy cooking skills, I'm down for some good ol' 76 cent Kraft M&C! :)

Aren't you a cheap date!!flowerforyou
Rarely eat mac & cheese myself. nothing but empty carbs.
Give me meat and veggies any day or fish.

I don't think I've ever had boxed mac and cheese. Actually now that I think about it, I didn't have mac and cheese until college cause it's not exactly the type of thing my mom would make.

I make it from scratch as well (except for the macaroni of course). I like to add crumbled bacon and use the grease from the bacon as well.

I tried to make mac n cheese but it kept falling through the grill.

Try substituting the butter and milk with Cheez Whiz (a Velveeta product). When mixing, place the pot back on the warm burner that you used to boil the noodles, to help soften the Cheez Whiz. Add the cheese powder as you would normally.

Now THAT'S cheesy mac!

if ya like spicy mac n cheese--add a lil touch of jalepenos(diced)

i'd have to upgrade to habaneros.

Let's not get carried away . . . lol

jalepenos are about as spicy as raisin bran to me. sometimes i buy some habaneros, toss a few dozen in a blender and dump them all over whatever food i have around. cold pizza, chili, bacon, etc. it makes anything taste good.
