Me -- I'll smoke while I fantasize about treating shrimp and chicken in this manner and then bedding them on rice sprinkled with bright stir fried veggies and maybe some chow mein noodles ----- now there's a story of desire, lol

Nope, Angel, I haven't tried K-Bobs yet. A little nervous about what'll happen to those veggies. Raw usually holds the draw for me with veggies. Stir frying I have control because I don't have to worry about meat cooking at the same time and I can stop cooking wayyyyy before mush sets in.
