lol Fran...I was expanding sounds painful - I think I'd rather deflate than expand. ![]() Don't deflate too much or you'll start looking like those women in National Geographic. ![]() And Rose I don't know those work, but I'd be happy to help you find out. ![]() |

Actually, maybe he's right. Maybe this guy SHOULD spend hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars on attorney fees and court costs, just to make a statement about a 79 cent burger....and also just to have the case thrown out of court. It's a brilliant, Einsteinian move.

you have one on ya do ya all the time
i am sure mcdonalds would have givin them theirs to call the police on them and once they leave the scene the rules of law change Noooo, of course not! Let's not be silly! I don't carry a phone book around with me wherever I go. However, the business establishment has one of their own, I'm sure, and I'm also sure they would've had no problem loaning it to this moron so he could make his ridiculous report to the police. "Hey, yeah, I want to report that I'm at McDonald's, and I didn't get my burger. I tried calling 9-1-1, but the fool dispatcher said it wasn't an emergency, so I was forced to waste my time by actually looking up your phone number so I could report this catastrophic situation. I'm a taxpayer, and I demand my rights." Worst-case scenario, most establishments, including McDonald's, still have pay telephones, which also have telephone books attached to them. If they're not attached, are missing, or may have been stolen, this would be another opportune time to call 9-1-1 and report them as missing, too. Incidentally, if that guy had such a hard-on about not getting his burger, why would he leave the scene? ![]() """"Incidentally, if that guy had such a hard-on about not getting his burger, why would he leave the scene?"""" to get the phone book DOH!!!!!! |

Yep, you're right again. I guess it does.
![]() It's about the burger. If this idiot hadn't have had a sh!t-fit just because he didn't get his burger, and used his head instead, this wouldn't even be an issue to talk about. |

you have one on ya do ya all the time i am sure mcdonalds would have givin them theirs to call the police on them and once they leave the scene the rules of law change hi sunshine, now are you saying because this man 1 - didn't get his order straight from an McD's employee 2 - he didn't have the non emergency number 3 - he was verbally abusive to a city/state employee 4 - he didn't get the response he wanted it's the dispatchers fault he reacted that way??? ![]() he reacted like that because he is a fool - he acted foolish (no one to blame but himself) instead of dialing 911 all that time call 411 and get local number he could have dialed 411 no doubt but you did not answer my question do you think any of those three voters involved will ever vote for a law enforcement levee whether they do or do not vote in any particular way, does not condone nor excuse their foolishness - that is a personal choice - no need to guess ![]() he acted foolish all on his own regardless of anyone's behavior or lack of accommodating his wants he is responsible for his actions and not to mention being stupid enough to call in a false 911 call that one I didnt touch... anytime a govt employee costs a voter's support it costs the govt potential money and they did send an officer there anyway why not just do it for the theft of money possibility as an officer becomes available how much time and money and voters (possibly) did it cost doing it the way it was done ????????????? |

why not just do it for the theft of money possibility
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Like I said before, I'll give the guy his 79 cents back out of my own pocket. Seriously, I'll find a way to make my rent without it. Besides, it'll probably cost more money in gas and payroll to have the cop show up do investigate this major infraction. Wouldn't want to be wasting the taxpayers money, now would we? ![]() |
