Yeah, but -- well, OK, on the one hand, it could really be a barrier to potential communication. That's why I don't use Stealth Mode. If I look, I want you to KNOW I looked. What you do with that information is up to you; it's really not my concern -- but if you know I looked, you can at least think about the ramifications of the lookery. On the other hand, I would be perfectly fine with never having known that the Gang of Eight were perving my profile. They weren't exactly the people I was hoping to meet....!
