first I would make it clear to China that the US would have no problem with em absorbing North Korea. If they want a dinky place like Tibet surely they would want North Korea

Then I would make it clear to China that if they did not take over North Korea that we are gonna provoke the Koreans into full scale war and end this nonsense once and for all one way or the other
