So are motorcycles, but whether I'm on it or not, a rocket going up the street by my house is still music to my ears.

they are not allowed on most inland lakes where I live. In fact, most inland lakes only allow smaller motors on boats and have no wake codes as well... there are a few bigger inland lakes that do allow them and they are really noisy! the lake I live on is big enough so I generally do not even hear them, even if I am on the beach...I love the peace and quiet! I used to live in MN and we would go to the lake cabin on the weekends and the lake was like a friggen freeway with all the vehicles on it!! |

caddyshack?..... one crazy summer? i can only remember these two sets of people, couples maybe?, trying to ruin each others time. some were in a house and the others on a boat and they did things back and forth...between the boat and the house...arg!! it totally escapes me! hope things quieted down for you! |
