LOL, those are the best unless you are an impulse shopper, then they get you every time. I do understand shopping when you go to those antique malls and flea markets, they've got tons of cool stuff and there's never enough time to get through it all.

I don't buy much though, I've got enough junk, lol.

I will await threads that aren't about women unless they're about how beautiful and sweet they are...

Didn't you say in your other thread that women you've dated would say they liked doing things, yet when you started dating them, they'd stop? You were complaining about that.

Just being honestly I hate shopping with a passion hell my kids laugh at me cause I want go to the mall's ect.

Now I like nice things just like anyone else does but hate to go shopping when I need something I figure out where it is and go get it and get out.

No, I was pointing out a fact that people talk themselves up about stuff to try an get attention. Happens to guys too but it's more fun to put a spin on it, but that is really just an observation, not a complaint. Just cause I point something out doesn't mean I have to be excessively upset or happy about it. I just like pointing stuff out when I notice it. That post was harmless, some of the replies turned it viscious.

I hate shopping for clothes with a passion. I can't keep the sizes straight. What used to ban 8 is something else. Can someone explain what a 0 is as a size? Wtf? Doesn't zero men nothing?! And I'm quite frankly tired of how nothing holds up. Of I had wanted tp sew I would have learned it. I end up returning about half of what's bought because it doesn't survive a cold water wash!

Now, take me to a bookstore and I am a happy camper!

I didn't look up the sites but if a guy is saying women waste money on clothes I will plead guilty to that one. If the women I know fess up so do they. Hey we like pretty things.

Do some women spend money on or have clothes that they don't wear. That isn't always there fault. You get rushed into a purchase, a gift you can't stand, or especially order something you are usually stuck with it and can't return it. Having to have clothes for a special function often means buying something you don't like or don't have a need to wear often or again for years.

Do some women spend and obscene amount of money on clothes? Yes. What stuns me are the men who frequently pay for them. Palin is a good example. Somewhere a political handler authorized those purchases and I seriously doubt that was only women that funded that.

Since "fashion" is a huge competative industry it is likely that they are going to have their economy models and luxery versions. I don't see anybody whineing about a sucessful man haveing a Harley or a Corvette.

I do believe that men tend to not care as much about clothes because it doesn't have the same social thing that women do but there clothes especially specialty clothes are very expensive. And younger men are growing in their taste for "labels" and spend money they do not have while other's foot the bill.
