Whoo hooo! I had lunch with Moofooga today. 
I was in Los Angeles for a few days, and since I pass by his neck of the woods on my way back to Sacto, we met for lunch! We are like 'Land of the Giants' together, I tell ya! 
Two shorties!! TB, too bad you weren't there too -- now that would be a TALL trio! 
Mmmmm, I'd be the meat in that tall sam'ich!

It was only lunch, but when I drive back to SoCal in August, we are meeting again!

So meet people out of state! I'll definitely meet some from here when I go to California later this summer. hmmm yeah...but i'm not going to travel a 1000 miles for a launch... Moofooga and melodygirl can meet up for times like this and that's how it supposed to be. Get in my car, drive 30 minutes ,hell,even an hour - is acceptable to meet up for a coffee or dinner. Driving for 4-5hrs or more to spend one hour in a restaurant, just not gonna happen. I either go somewhere for a vacation and meet someone there, or I get to know someone so well, that i will stay for several days with her. |
