Born and raised in Minnesota. The town I live in right now is actually only 15 minutes west of where I was born. I love this area, it's all farmland and small towns.

Born and raised in Tennessee then lived the later part of my life in Minnesota. Both have their pros and cons. But the food down their is to die for. Not to many cooks up north. Many people kinda stick to themselves and forget their is a world to explore. :D

pcheckmate, is your caricuture minnesotians, a parody of residents or are you truely uninformed about the various states resident identification nomenclature. and, in the spirit of fair play, i am a life long minnesotians; born in a pickup truck on cedar avenue in south minneapolis on the way to st. mary's hospital. if you live here you're a minnesotan; i don't know what it means if you move away from the state or any other state. happy days, jeromecharles |

Born in Minneapolis, raised in the suburbs, now I'm back in the city where I belong. :)
Minnesota winters do suck, but, they make us hardy people. Minnesota summers can't be beat. :) BRING ON THE SUNSHINE! I'm waiting... |

I was born in Wisconsin.
Moved a lot and lived in Minnesota for 6 years. Just recently moved to Alaska. So not a Minnestian now. I do have one question. Minnesota is pretty much 50/50 politically. So why did the news always talk about how everyone was behind the Democrats? Almost half the population is not, but you wouldn't know that watching the news. Someone said a blue state but purple nation. I would say both Wiscosin and Minnesota are purple. Just my thoughts... |
