My friend said he is shy, but really nice and I wouldn't have to worry about him trying to make a move on me. He is the maintainance guy in the apartments I am about to move into in September. I met him for the first time yesterday. My friend said he has had a crush on me for a long time. Kind of gives me the creeps. Anyways...how do I tell him I am not interested without coming off as being mean?

My jeans are not tight....they are the type that stretch.....but far from tight LOL I hardly find anything alluring about them! I don't wear short shorts or revealing tops. Well I can see where this is going. You need to tell him straight up that you are not interested. Before this turns into him staying interested and having hopes. So you dont find him hanging out your apartment.

He does have keys to every apartment BUT if he ever goes in there for reasons other then maintenance, he could be fired!! So don't be afraid of him coming in there, I don't think he would be that dumb!!
