Hope it's ok to call you Katie..I quit smoking on August 9th 2006 on my son's birthday I haven't had one since. I had gotten a prescibtion and nic patches fom my doc and it worked great. It's hard to do it alone so this is great that you are getting a support group. you can do it!!!!!!!!! |

If I remain smoke free, my mom ( a heavy smoker of almost 30 years) PROMISED she will quit starting tommorow morning. She WILL NOT smoke as long as I don't, and she swore on it. |
