Yes, but only if you love someone.

Tulip, I think they do, on one of the othger sites, her POF, there was
one female who is in prison, she was looking for a pen pal (nopun
intended) and on aol there were some.

Washington State does not allow them to use the internet in the prison
system.

They did at one point, don't know if they still do or not, but had the
inmates doing the Dept. of Licensing renewals on the computer (cool
huh?) - they sat at the computer and talked to people on the phones as
they called in and punched in the information. The desks were free of
anything to write with, no paper, pencils, so supposedly they could not
write down any social security numbers, phone numbers, etc., but think
they stopped that eventually, they did that becuase it was cheap labor.
Inmates were getting paid 35 to 50 cents an hour, some of the higher
paid jobs paid $1.00 an hour. Private enterprise does contract with
prisons and have businesses in prisons to train inmates for jobs, but
they have to pay the inmates minimum wage that way.

I haven't worked in the system for 4 years now, so not sure what they
are doing now, but sure the internet is still now allowed.

Just bribe the guards and you will get all the internet you want

Jail and Prison are two different places. Most Jails don't allow the
internet as your stay is usually short. Prisons usually have it in the
classrooms and some have it for personal use with limitations... Of
course this depends on the level of security you are being held
under.... (LOL at least there is suppose to be limitations!)

I already answered this Tulip...I wouldn't arrest you in the first
place
