I only drink water that's boiled or fermented.

Fairly weak coffee during the day and a few beers at night.

I pee a lot, so it must be enough.

Too much water can make you feel like you have a hangover too. It over hydrates the red blood cells. The swollen red blood cells play havoc on the brain which is the feeling of a hangover.

It can if you don't void it. Like that woman that died a few years ago in a radio station contest or something like that, to see how much water they could drink without voiding.

Auburngirl,

She would have died even if she did void. She died from water intoxication. She drank so much that she diluted all of her nutrients
and electrolytes so badly, they wouldn't work anymore.

it's not that...

water intoxication upsets the electrolyte/sodium balance and can disrupt brain functions.

Right. Over a stupid radio contest. But I didn't know that could happen until I read about that.

You should drink half of your body weight in ounces per day.

Weight = 120lbs You should be drinking at least 60 ounces of water per day.

Boy. The bottled water companies would just LOVE that.

60 oz is less than 4 bottles of water... thats not much if you think about it.
