I got a letter from the life insurance. They didn't send me a check they said, "An interest-bearing account has been established in your name." 0.075% What the heck is that!!! I'm paying 6.0% on my mortgage. Should I take a personnal loan to pay off the mortgage and pay the 2% interest, thereby gettng a credit history? Or just pay off the mportgage, and have pretty much no debt? Of course, there is like $83k owed to taxes and creditors. Auugh!! Help, little buddies!
