I don't want to go into too much detail here because of HIPAA laws, but an ex-co-worker of mine is in great need of prayers. On Tuesday afternoon, CG was at home with her two pre-school daughters and her mother-in-law when the power went out. She took her cell phone and walked out into her backyard to see what the problem was. A 7200 volt powerline fell on her, and she was electrocuted. Her older daughter (almost 5 y.o.) saw her mom on fire. She is now in the hospital in a drug induced coma and is fighting for her life. She has burns on 60% of her body. Please pray for her and her family. They have been through so much.

They didn't think she'd make it through Tuesday night, but she did and was breathing on her own yesterday although still in a coma. But if she makes it, she has such a long, hard way to go.

We are all just stunned by this. There wasn't a storm or anything, it was a clear day -- it could have happened to anyone. The power went out, and she walked outside. Thank you HC!
