I'm sad he is dead. I'm pissed it was suicide. Or so they are telling us.
I keep wondering what kind of news a highly successful, 72 year old actor, in the middle of filming a new movie could get to cause that kind of reaction. A friend is very suspicious of the story that there was no sign of anything other than suicide. |

It IS sad. He was definitely one of those people you would expect to stick around for a whole lot longer.

They were saying cords were taken off the curtains to do it. Which makes an accident hard to conceive. Still, I'm bothered by the whole thing. It doesn't fit w/ the man that turned his life around and adopted the philosophy that he had once played on T.V. It might have fit if he was still drinking it up and dropping acid. But not with the person he became when he pulled his life back together.

yeah, new details are coming out today. Hanging naked in the closet with the rope tied around his neck and balls. And the police are still insisting there is no evidence that another person was in the room. Even if it's an accidental death involving erotic asphixiation (I so butchered that word)I'm still having trouble with the idea that no one else was involved.
