I just had my blood checked last week for my SUGAR & Cholesterol: WELL I got my results last night.........My results were excelent!
 Ya Baby Just 5 yrs ago I was really overweight & I had high blood presure & almost had suger dibities & now it looks like I have all of that under controll..........So eating right & the GYM does wonders for ones HEALTH!

Good for you debbie!! I just went to a new endocrinologist and she has changed some of my meds and put me on a better program to lose wt..The gym is a big help, especially if you are diabetic like me..

That's great! I had a diabetic patient yesterday that had a necrotic foot (his toes were black and literally dead) and I had to send him to a surgeon... sadly he will probably lose all of his foot.
