I want to get married. I want a marriage like my parents'. But my fear is...Will I live the life of my grandmother? All my relatives say I look just like her when she was younger. And I have this big independent life style. *Sigh* I'm hoping for the best.

I didn't marry until I was 30. I was with her for about 7 years and I've now been single again for 10 years. I'm having so much more fun being single than I ever did married. I cannot see myself getting married again. But, never say never.

But........and this is a big BUT!!! I like my freedom. I like the fact that I can put my coffee cup down and its still there. I like the fact I have food in the fridge....and someone else didnt eat it all. WHY DO MEN EAT EVERYTHING????

I'm quite content being single, but would love to find that special somebody. Right now, with my parents getting up there in years, I'm probably going to be spending more and more time with them in the coming years.
