why is it when a white guy goes on random acts of violence he's troubled...but if a muslim..convert at that does it , he's a terrorist? There was nothing random about this. He set out to kill someone in the military. I think that someone who kills in the name of his or her religion is troubled. |

 This isn't any different than any other shooting.More an act of a nutcase than an act of terrorism.

only thing that could qualify it is that it was an act against the military of the govt and those shoot were random it would not have mattered who they were as long as they were in the requiting station but i can agree to it not being an act of terrorism thet term gives to broad of a power structure to the govt now |

that is the legal definition. If the man had political motives and sought out the military...then it is a terrorist act. if he had shot a random person walking down the street....then it would be murder |

he "probably had political and religious motives for the attack," the police chief said. it was not a fact it is opinion that is the last line of the o p LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A man with "political and religious motives" so should not the paper be charged with liable for misrepresenting the news (as that is the opening line of the story contaminating the jury pool) |
