Cindy, you have email, I have an answer for your question
 Question??? A couple of you told me my April Secret Pal had mailed me a pkg., (after a couple attempts due to mistakes with my address and my Pal's health issues), I was told it was finally on the way to me. I have only seen 'this' Pal online a couple times in the last month or so, most recently about 2 weeks ago I think. Anyway...will you gals Pals, (I think you know who your are), PLEASE let my April Pal know that I appreciate the thought immensely...but no pkg. ever arrived. |

Pals....
There is nothing I can do about folks who do not place their interests on their profiles. I can suggest that they do, but I cannot force them. In that event, send something relevant about your area....a souvenir of sorts, which was sorta the way I wanted this to go in the first place...we'd learn about each other's lives and where we each live. Sometimes life happens and folks don't get their gifts sent when they would like to and sometimes they arrive late....again nothing I can do about that, but always, your RW obligations come before this and no one should feel badly about that. Still others just fail to follow through, it's the chance you take when you participate and again, outside of excluding them from future exchanges......nothing I can do about it. If this is a financal burden for you, by all means, please do not participate. I do not want this to be a stressor in your life. It is the very reason I made my own self inelligible to participate. In the future, I am not asking or expecting anyone to cover for a pal whose pal, for whatever reason, failed to send to them. Just have to accept that it's chance you take when you participate. If you wish to do so, however, it's totally up to you. This is suppose to be fun, but the moment it stops being fun for any of you, I respectively ask that you no longer participate. |
