Ever see the commercials and the employees look so happy and helpful and then go to a store and get the opposite reaction?

Not really. Granted, the folks who work there aren't all "Pollyanna" like on the commercials, but they're always polite and very helpful if ever I have to go in there.

Actually that's where I was Friday evening and they were very helpful. I was surprised at how helpful they were. Let me use the tool box and even let us use a couple screwdrivers right off the shelf.
The only thing that bugs me about that place is they make you wait in line forever so they can answer phone calls. I think someone who is actually there should get first dibs on their time. |

I really hate it when the commercial makes it look like they know what they are talking about.. Then when you ask for a part.. Like a henweigh, they have no clue what it is!! |

The AZ in my area... duh!
They hardly know which hose is for what on a car, let alone where it goes. I'd hate to ask them about a really seriouse part. I had to tell them what I needed, and then ended up showing them. Wow- I usually don't grip but, are'nt they supposed to know their parts? This has happened several times in that same store.
