I loss my mother to Cancer just 2 years ago on May 2nd. She was a very
interesting lady. I remember when I was young, I belive it was my 5th
birthday, I wanted a store bought cake with Mary Poppins. We were very
poor, but my mom used to bake breads and sell it to stores to make ends
meet. (she was a single mother of 5 kids) But I got that cake. And its
one of the only birthdays I remember when I was young. I remember my
mother telling my grandmother that she would have to go with out
stockings that month just to buy that cake for me.

Thats what Parents do for their children. Go without, so that their
children are clothed, fed, happy and healthy....

Cheers to the moms!!! And I thank you Mother for the sacrafice!

My mom died 14 years ago on Mothers Day
Mothers Day now is Very hard for me still.
There isnt a day that goes by that I dont think of her in some way or
another.
The only thing that mad me happy was her being there always.
Sometimes you dont know until they are gone.
Now I think of her as my Guardian Angel always
I will never forget you mom and all the un selfish things that you did
for me and my siblings
I love you always

Agreat big heart and always full of love, Happy Mothers Day to all of
you special ladies

i was very lucky i had two mothers growing up i had my mum and my
grandma , i spent a lot of my life with my grandma , my grandma was a
wonderful woman she taught me how to cook , she taught me how to plant
roses my fav flower, and she taught me how to forgive , i learned that
family is the most importent thing , and that love has no limits , my
grandma died of lung cancer she suffered but never complained ,
my mother worked two jobs when we were kids and gave up a lot for us,
she has been though so much in her life its good to see she is finely
happy at her new home, my mother taught me its ok to cry and she also
made sure i learned about self respect and understanding , these
wonderful woman both taught me difrent stuff and they are what has made
me who i am today, i love them both very much ,
