Burglary — April 26, 12:30 p.m. The suspect was seen in a store around lunch time. The suspect made $777 in purchases using another person's store account information. A search of the suspect's car found two fake driver's licenses, another person's Social Security number and a confirmed stolen credit card. Evading police — Highway 280 at De Anza Boulevard. The supsect fled the scene only to steal an unlocked 1999 Ford Thunderbird from a local neighborhood. The suspect then failed to yield for an enforcement stop and a sheriff's deputy gave chase. The suspect was seen throwing what looked like "small white bags" out of the car window. These were later collected and added up to about 2 ounces of crack cocaine. The owner of the vehicle claimed there was $478 in property in the car, including a GPS unit and a purse.
