Topic: AT&T May Have Swayed

Honestly I do not watch American Idol but once in a while. I did watch the final on this one against Kris & Adam. My opinion is both are very good within their own field of music. And I do think they will both go far. There is no doubt that both are very good within the music they lean towards. But will have to admit now Adam did catch my attention with his voice and his style as well as his music.

See now, I adore Queen.... man Flash Gordon was way better because of Queen. But U2.... I can't change the station fast enough. I love both. Queen was one of my favorite concerts ever. I saw them on the Sheer Heart Attack tour. I've been to hundreds of shows and they were possibly the tightest band of all. Bono's ego doesn't win U2 any fans, but The Edge is an extremely underrated guitarist. U2 has the most consistent output of any rock and roll band over the last thirty years.

I am not disputing U2's musical talents. I just loathe the sound. It doesn't appeal to me, and in fact is annoying. Everyone has a preference.

People are always saying to me, don't you like this or that? I can appreciate talent, but it either sounds good to my ear or not. Can't help that.

The guy I was seeing, that I am no longer seeing, told me I was ignorant about music and he felt bad for me. I told him music was about how what you heard made you feel.

I did watch a couple of performances of Danny's because he's Mr Music's 1st cousin once removed or something. He's my cousin's wife's nephew.

Im soo glad someone else sees right through it. Journey also...bleh.

I will admit I like to watch AI in the very beginning during the try out period when really atrocious people are making their "debuts."

If that stupid American Idol guy becomes the new lead singer of Queen, than I will lose all faith in music. Nobody will ever be as good as Freddy, so they should just give up.
