I believe this wholeheartedly. I try to live each day better than the last and touch someones life even if it's just a smile or small courtesy. Raising my girls that way too. You cannot start too young to teach compassion. Thanks Rapunzel. Dear Sister <<< MeChrissy2 >>>
thank you very much for the sweet reply
It sounds like you are a very wise lady

Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap. Otherwise stated...what goes around comes around. Call it God, Spirit, karma, fate.. I believe it.

one never knows the real story behind the homeless on the streets ...
I've been homeless before on several ocassions & it's surely not fun
and it wasn't from drug or alcohol abuse or anything like that
but from a succession of injuries sustained
and employment lost because of it
& from a whole lot of very dear loved ones passing on
and all sorts of things waaay beyond my control
and who knows...
you may run into an angel in disguise
I have been told on several occasions
that i am one of those Heavenly Beings

If everyone would find a little compassion in there hearts this would be a lot better world we live in. I went to Wally World last year to buy a Christmas Tree. I was really late getting the tree because I was waiting for my daughter to come home from college. Anyway I went there to get a tree, they were on clearence for $5.00. I was so happy to save a little money because they had stopped all our over time at work. When I left, there was a man standing on the side of the road with his dog and a sign asking for help. I pulled over and gave him all the cash I had, which wasn't that much. I talked to him for a few minutes. When I left I was so touched I cryed all the way home. It sure made my day and made me so thankful for what I have.

You are a very kind & thoughtful lady i can tell
& I know that many people really need help these days
but for me living in the city, i see more that goes on than many people do, who live in the suburbs
or in a town where there are not many homeless people i am around homeless people quite often
some are there because they really have no other choice
and some have income but they want to save it for booze
and then they prey on the sympathy of passers by
there are some vicious predators out there
who cash in on the affections & sympathy of others
they take advantage of the benevolence of another human being
and can be very nasty & violent if given the opportunity
so we have to be very careful who we give our love and money to

thank you !!! I am happy that this story uplifted you that is true ,,,you never know if you are entertaining angels
or the Lord Himself
or if they are a devious evil entity
so we need to ask God for the Gift of Discernment
so we are able to see in the Holy Spirit
the deep hidden intentions of others
to see whether they are of God or of satan
