Sitting here thinking
Mulling over and over
Why I stopped feeling the way I did
It was nothing you said
Maybe it was the nothing you didn't say

A whole lot of little adds up to something big
I can't help not feeling the way I did

I know I hurt you
That was not my intent
You'll never know the torment I went through
Trying ever so hard not to hurt you
All I can do is say I am sorry
And hope that you can move on
Sometime maybe in the future
You can forgive me

Love is patient
Love is kind
Sometimes love hurts
when it is not returned
but
If you forgive, then you'll be forgiven
then there's no reason
to hurt anymore...

Sometimes in life we find out that things were not as we thought they
were. At times that happens too late and the hurt is greater than we can
deal with at times. But when we realize things are not what we thought
early then we can heal at a much faster pace and understand that
somethings in life was just not meant to be. It is a tough road this
life we live but we can walk that road alone at times when it is needed
in order to clear our minds and hearts.
