If I stand in the middle of a busy road and wave a bright flag, do you think lots of people will notice me?

If I stand in the middle of a busy road and wave a bright flag, do you think lots of people will notice me? Depends on where you are... in Dallas or other busy area, no one would pay attention. In Dinkytown, Oklahoma... everyone would wave at you.

And ya know, nobody seems to pay attention to the highway workers that do that anyway. They just SPEED on by.

In case any of you were wondering this was a metaphor. I've no plans to stand in the middle of a busy road and wave a bright flag naked, dressed like Mighty Mouse, or otherwise....

I actually thought you were about to tell of driving past road construction and flag wavers and how drivers pissed you off by speeding thru there. I thought there was going to be a moral to the story at least.

There is a moral to the story. The moral is if anyone does as I said in the original post you WILL attract attention. Therefore, why be surprised when you get attention?
