At least bring the KY. Friggin cable prices!!
  I'm trying to add just one channel to my cable... just one. I want the national geographic station. I already have 200 channels, of which I actually watch about 5.  And in order for me to get this one channel I have to upgrade to a whole new package...  So then I have have 300 channels of nothing to watch

Instead of their lame hold music and constant messages of how I'm an important customer, they should just say "bend over... we'll be with you shortly"

So we have Charter Cable/internet, I'm always getting promo offers to bundle with Charter ph. which sucks canal water.
So I call them and tell them I want to adjust my programing, I want less! Wait a minute, we can give you the same program package for $65 bucks a month for the next 6 months.!!! Call em and tell them you want a better deal. |

Same here in Alabama, with Comcast also! I would like to get one other channel...and it's not available in the package ...would have to get a different one...with that many more unwatched channels.
I feel that you should be given a package of just so many channels(that you pick)...and let it go at that. You could still get 100-200-300 channels...but it would be the ones you want. How hard is it for them to have a "Customized Packaged"? Good luck.

hahaha, if your going with that...at least bring the new "KY Intense", at least you would get more out of it. (at least that is what the commercials claim)

Yeah. I get Time-Warner Cable here, and it pretty much sucks. You're paying through the nose even for the BASIC package (don't have any need for HBO or that other movie crap- the standard channels are fine enough for me), and the customer service sucks much donkey balls. I just might tell 'em to shove it with the cable and try the standard network stuff again, being that everything's going to DTV in another month. |
