The best age? Oh I'd say 18. That age, all you can think is this is the bestest grandest most bestest fantasical rainbows and butterflies and fireworks when we kiss love ever. The world is your oyster and nothing can go wrong...
It's only later you see it was just pure and simple, sweet and poignant. At that age you can love and give so easily and without condition.... sigh. If only things were really that easy. But the perfect age to fall in love as an adult would be 26-27 for a woman and 30 for a man. |

I would typically say late twenties to eraly thirties, you've lived long enough to get atleast a little bit of a grasp of who you are and what you want. You're not running off of raging hormones anymore and are better equppied to make a wise desicion.
i however, have fallen in love at the age of 19. so i think, as with most things with a relationship, that it depends and varies by situation. |
