Okay, I may get crucified myself for this post but...........a little bit about myself first before I start: I pride myself in having convictions and strong opinions on certain things in my life. But mostly I like being "Switzerland". I am usually the one in a room full of people who sits quietly and listens to the "pro" side of the room and can understand and agree with them on certain aspects and the same for the "con" side. This is how I learn about subjects that I am not fully apprised about to form my own opinion.

I read this whole thread this morning and I just want to say that Prisoner has the right to do whatever he pleases and you don't need to like it. Everyone has been pretty vocal about being against him. But I don't think you all (or the few that responded to her posts) gave good consideration to what Patti was saying. I do believe that what he does outside of their friendship has no bearing on her life as it pertains to them as friends. I can still be someone's friend and not like or agree with what they do in their own life but that does not discount (to me at least) how I truly feel about them. I was glad when Patti stood up for her friend, because it saddened me to see that even though you all had the right to say what you did in a public forum, you kept going for the jugular.

I will also say that there are things that he says here that make my head spin,but I don't like to prejudge someone on what they say on a forum, regardless of whether or not it is the truth or just something he conjures up in his head and says to himself...."hehe, I can't wait to hear the response from everyone when I post this!!"

This is truly not a rant and I am not disgusted by what I read here today. It is just my opinion as "Switzerland".

what create a civilization and society but the words and actions of all humans together, so indeed all the words and actions of all things effect all other's in due time???

for a society to sit silent at the sight of injustice unto other's, is to foster a weak and pathetic state of being, that create the destruction of a society of itself, leaving all courage, and valor, and respect, and dignity, without which all good for all shall become as destitute???

self want alone as king or queen, can never see or know or perpetuate common good for all, and see but itself alone, and what itself want and wish as the only basis for all good, while it trample the dignity and value and respect of other's with each breath and word and action???

if one believe it's own intention's are pure and good, when it wish to sleep with another man's lover, than this one should also have the fortitude and courage to alert his brother to his intentions beforehand, or what exist but hiding which is but cowardice???

the mind can dilute itself into ignoring the creations of itself, that it's own heart whisper time and again, but what that see not true justice and equal treatment for other's, will not the universe itself inflict the same actions upon ten fold, to teach with tender love and care how self effect all other living things with it's word or deed???
