Nope. I get all teary eyed and go crawl up into a ball rocking back and forth in the corner wondering why it never happened for me.

That site seriously sucks! I signed up a few years ago for 1 free trial month. Took me at least an hour to fill out all the asinine questions and you only have access to the people they think you should have access to... wtf? Try filling out all the questions then they tell you sorry, no matches for you... have a nice day and go away. |

I had the same thing -- they told me "You're unmatchable, get the hell out of here." OK, so it turned out they were right -- but, jeez, a little diplomacy is a nice touch every now and then, ya know? The few, the proud...the E-Harmony matchless. Hello, my name is Melissa and I am an eHarmony unmatchable. |

It's just another money-making ploy. There's tons of them out there. And if someone knows how to market their product or service properly,it is a very lucrative business. Especially if you're aware of typical human nature. Everyone is looking for some level of love and acceptance; always looking for some form of physical or emotional intimacy. Love and sex have always been best sellers. Eharmony is just one of many companies cashing in on innate human desire.
