over something so badly only to find it was nothing when you had to face it...I had to have a nerve blocking epidural injection in my back today...I had myself soooo worked up only to find it hurt worse to have the tattoo I have ...

Yes I have, but not so much worried about pain than results. I'm glad it was nothing! No pain is good even if your frustrated :D

Yes I always imagine worst case scenarios. Then things are never as bad as you thought.

there was very little pain felt just like a shot to be honest...but darn I thought I was gonna be sick waiting for them to do it...the not knowing was way worse..

Along time ago I did, now I take a pill called 'Leavemealone XT'. Now there is nothing to worry about.

It is usually when I start really worrying about something, and think that it is not going to happen, or the worst is going to happen. It is When the opposite happens. But you are lucky that it did not hurt. I have had 4 of them like I said and each one HURT! And now I have back problems.

I herniated a disk at work and have been out since march the 4th...not sure what will happen now...

True, but that doesnt really help that i gotta talk in front of 150 or so people, and be funny at the same time! I have most of my speech written now, maybe i will post it.
