I hear ya back then I was lifting 250 which is real good for my size being I only weighed about 160 170 then still about the same now. I was bench-pressing three sets of ten at 450 at my peak. I was also doing leg-presses up in sets at 800 pounds, too. It didn't get me any more chicks, but I looked good when I got rejected!

Yeah. I know what you mean. I was a total weight-lifter/body-builder back when I was in college. In fact, I even got duped into going into a pro-wrestling academy as well (I got THAT big). However, it's amazing what ten years can do... I'm now nowhere as big as I was, and I've gotten myself a gooey middle section to boot. thats called a beer belly ! No- YOU'VE got a beer belly, Chev!
