Depends what we have planned. I try to dress for the occasion. But I admit to leaning more toward cute and casual than formal.

my last 1st meeting, was 17 years ago... I do remember what I was wearing at that meeting, ended up marrying her. Now? Beats me, something without holes in it? something that covers as much as possible... Do they make burka's for guys?

Dress casual and comfortable but not sloppy. Wear something you like and try not to out dress your date.

This time of year I'll wear a white oxford shirt, chinos and leather sandles or Chucks if it's an afternoon meeting. If I'm going out after dark I'll put on a black blazer, a pink oxford shirt, dark wash jeans and my best funky shoes. But, I always like to look my best.

I, too, used to try and look reallly nice . We've all heard that first impressions are the important ones. But then I realized I can't go around dressed to the T ALL the time so now I keep it kind of casual. Gives me room to really knock their socks off in the future lol

dress to be comfortable not to impress You can do both you know. I have no need to impress any one they either like me for me or they dont.I wear certain clothes. |

If you have the ability to look fantastic, why wouldn't you? I love to get dressed up and swagger down the sidewalk. I've had women chase me for two blocks just to feel my velvet blazer. I like that kind of attention.
