Hi I'll be visiting Colorado Springs this August for a couple days. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what i can do or see while i'm out there? I'm from NH and this is my first trip anywhere and i'm SOO excited.

Estes Park is worth a look, not sure thats its actually in the Springs but its worth the drive up the mountain to get there. Then you have got the Gardens of the Gods as well.

Used to live there...
You have the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Garden of the Gods. If you want to party, go to Old Colorado City. They have great bars down there and little shops during the day. It's a great little area. Drive to the top of Pikes Peak....the view is amazing! |

Estes Park is about 7 hours North of Colorado Springs. Well i stayed in Colorado Springs and we got there in an hour or so. Maybe it takes 7 hours if you walk. |
