Fear, You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your Grand Mother.
There is nothing wrong with your feeling like you do. Everyone grieves their own way. The good memories of her will help ease the pain and the grief that you are going through. Always remember. She Loved you just as much as you Loved her. Always keep that memory close to your heart. You and your family are in my prayers. |

It does not mean you don't have a heart I have a cousin that refuses to go to funerals he will come visit with the family members but does not attend the actually funeral. Being heartless is far from what I see to me I see a person that death hits them hard and they would rather remember them the way they were instead. Which I must say is much easier to deal with.
I'm sorry for the loss your family is dealing with at this time may you all find the peace within to get you through this time. |

Lost my grandmother about a week ago, she went peacefully with a heart-attack in her sleep. Family is doing as well as can be hoped, my grandfather is taking it really hard. I've never done funerals well, and it was my grandmother's wish not to have one...I just don't like having the added memory of death in the numerous good memories. Am I weird for that? I've been told I'm heartless (doesn't really bother me given who said it, but still gets me thinking), I wonder if I in fact don't have much of a heart at all... |
