I smoked. Then I quit. I simply stopped. Bugged me a lot for a few days,
then it stopped bothering me. Two weeks after I quit I pretty much forgot about smoking. It didn't cost me anything to quit but it saved me some money immediately. I guess that was 20 years ago. Long time huh? I could start smoking again if I wanted I suppose, but the only ashtray I have is built into the brickwork in the side of my house. I'm no longer strong enough to turn the house upside down to empty the ashtray, so I guess I better not start again. |

Philosopher, I know how to use a jackhammer and get your
ashtray. |

buttons, from my experience, what you have to do, if you TRULY want to
quit, is just "tough it out." If you "allow" yourself to suffer the withdrawal, I promise you it does pass in time. |

I read somewhere that if you start to crave, just fight it for 5 minutes
and it will go away. In my experience I found it to be true. |
|

|
Either that or you could walk up to someone and French kiss them for
five minutes. That oughta do the trick. |
